We had a chance to work with Sporometrics, a Canadian company that works with medical microbiology. They took some microscopic images of our mask prototypes which can tell us a bit more about the filtration properties of these specific materials.
The microscope images helped us learn about the thickness of the fibres we are using in our prototypes.
Uline bag (white material): 30micron diameter fibres
Geotextile (black material): 20micron diameter fibres
Sobey's bag (green material): 30micron diameter fibres
